Time Sheet
Use Time Sheet under Finance & Administration to manage the time entries of employees for which you are responsible. The Time Sheet screen shows the hours worked by each employee for a selected week or day.
To use the Time Sheet submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the Employee Cross-Company Access submodule Settings.
To access and manage other employees' time sheet, ensure that:
- You are one of the following:
- A manager for the employee
- A traffic manager for the employee
- A time sheet approver for the employee
- Someone who has access to finance settings
- You enable cross-company time entry. For more information, see Employee Cross Company Access.
The Time Sheet submodule consists of the following tabs:
- Weekly: The Weekly tab displays the weekly view of the current and previous weeks and the job the employee registered time on.
- Daily: The Daily tab displays the daily view of time entries. You can also go back to specific days to view time entries, and enter time for specific days.

Use the procedures in this section to add a job or task to the time sheet, approve entries, add task options, and copy the time sheet from a previous week to the current week. - Statistics Tab
The Statistics tab displays information about employees' jobs, time entries, and login history. You can filter data to include either the last seven days or the last 30 days. You can also view time entry information for billable target hours. - Daily Tab
The Daily tab displays enables you to enter time for the selected day of the week. It also provides you with historical time entry information for the weeks that fall under your tasks. - Weekly Tab
The Weekly tab displays all the hours that an employee allocated to different tasks and jobs.
